Jorge de Leon, having been a key member of the firm for over 25 years, is the Director of Design and oversees the company’s creative design studio. Mr. De Leon, along with his talented staff, manages the artistic element of the architectural services by taking our client’s vision and a blank piece of paper and finessing it into schematic design solutions ready for design development and construction documents. His wealth of experience and versatility for over 10 years in Latin America and 20 years in South Florida, has driven the production of quality, award winning design for the firm on a local, national and global level. As liaison with the production studios, De Leon follows the development of the design process through the related disciplines, maintaining the design quality through project completion.
